Website design cost?
For cost please see our website design pricing. Given certain circumstances and allowances these figures may vary, but at the end of the day we will not create a web site that will look like a word document. Unless that word document looks really good!
Do you offer hosting?
Yes, we offer managed hosting for our clients. We are not a hosting provider to other developers and there is no hosting support. If you are looking to get your head into the control panel for hosting requirements we figure you may have already outgrown our humble setup. You are free to move the website at your leisure. If we have to move it for you we charge an hourly fee.
Do you offer domain names?
Yes, we can offer domain names for current Web Agent web design customers. We do this so that it is easier to manage our clients websites and emails. These .com.au domains are paid every 2 years in advance and allow you to swap freely if you choose to use other developers services. We do not offer support for domain names. If you are moving your domains we expect that the other party is capable of doing the transaction themselves. If they are not, you should not trust them with your web site, therefore find someone who is capable of doing it.
Freelance PHP development?
Web Agent does offer PHP development at an hourly rate. We have experience using PHP and MySQL to create large relational databases that can handle many transactions. We do not take projects that have been started and not finished unless there are special circumstances.
Payment options offered?
We accept credit card (VISA & MasterCard) payments with a 1.91% surcharge and EFTPOS cards which attract no fees.
